Online inquiries are requests, not binding contracts. All work is performed under a separate written proposal or contract signed by both parties. Pricing in proposals is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Project start dates depend on weather, prior project completion, and material availability. We do our best to honor scheduled dates and will communicate any changes as early as possible.

Workmanship warranty terms are described in your signed proposal. Manufacturer paint warranties are governed by the paint manufacturer's terms.

All site content, including photography, copy, and the Up North Painting logo, is owned by Up North Painting and may not be reused without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Up North Painting is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Liability related to services is governed by the signed project contract.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
